This is the first in a line of PREMIUM single batch hot sauces. We make one batch a of this sauce per year, sourcing and processing local, farm fresh ingredients. The first flavor you taste is fresh peach followed closely by habanero heat, like a perfect summer day in an orchard, then the 7 Devils Bourbon enters as a soft honey or caramel note (also bolstered with a bit of real vanilla bean) to add depth to the bold, peach and habanero flavors, and it's all finished with a bite of herbacous tarragon.Our peaches come from Tonnemaker Hill Farms and Calhoun Family Fruit, the tarragon comes from Smoot Flavor Farm and the Bourrbon is from Caldwell Idaho's own 7 Devil's.
